Standard de referinta SR EN ISO 22000:2005
Acest standard international specifica cerintele pentru un sistem de management al sigurantei alimentelor, atunci când o organizatie din lantul alimentar are nevoie sa demonstreze capabilitatea sa de a controla pericolele pentru siguranat alimentului, cu scopul de a se asigura ca alimentul este sigur in momentul consumului uman. Acest standard international integreaza principiile sistemului Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) [Analiza Pericolelor si a Punctelor Critice de Control] si etapele de aplicare elaborate de Comisia Codex Alimentarius.

SR EN ISO 22000:2005

This international standard ingrates the principles of the system Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and implementation steps developed by Codex Alimentarius Commission.
